As a child of parents in full-time missionary-evangelism, traveling across North America and into North Africa and the Middle East, I have had amazing opportunities to serve, learn, and preach. Through these opportunities, I received my personal call to ministry and have had it confirmed time and time again.
I spent the summer of 2018 in Uganda aiding my parents in the operations of Global Harvest Ministries and Pastor Mike Quinlan as he pastors Arua Pentecostal Church. While there, I felt the Lord ask me to hold off on the next semester of school and spend more time serving the people of Arua. Upon arriving home (Ilderton, ON, Canada) in August, instead of preparing to return back to Portland, OR, USA, for my junior year, I went for a short trip to collect my car, pack my belongings, visit some greatly missed friends (my surrogate family away from home), and get one last Dutch Bro’s Rebel before making the trek home and then back to Uganda in mid-September.
I am passionate about reaching the lost and leading the next generation into a personal encounter with the Holy Spirit. I value an honest, arms wide open, love till it hurts, ‘Jesus-like’ life, and am passionately pursuing it. While in Africa, I will be using these passions, while I help manage the numerous operations of Global Harvest Ministries, as well as helping in Arua Pentecostal Church. I will be working with South Sudanese Refugees, empowering impoverish women through skills training, and doing hands-on prison ministry, youth ministry, college ministry and much more.
I have earned my Associates Degree in Christian Humanities in May 2018 and am pursuing a Bachelor of Theology through Portland Bible College Online, although I intend to return to Portland to finish my education in person once released by the Lord.
